Green Day Song of the Week - I’ve had Platypus (I Hate You) from Green Day’s 1997 album Nimrod in my head all week. I can’t tell you why - I definitely don’t have any aggression pent up towards anyone. I think it might be because I saw a graphic on someone’s blog a few weeks ago that was a drawing of Billie Joe Armstrong looking at a platypus and saying “I hate you!” and the platypus had a thought bubble next to it’s head with a simple “?” in it. I’m not really sure why the song was called Platypus, but it’s funny anyways. Enjoy!
